- CSClarissa SmithJan 22, 20261.0Wish I had read the reviews before hand. Had 2 puppy grooms, the first one was okay but the second one was awful. It looked like they didn’t trim her face at all. They also said for her next groom which was going to be an adult groom that they would need two groomers to do it so instead of £50 it would be £100. At this point we knew we would be looking for a new groomers so we paid for the groom and asked for our original deposit to be refunded. A month later and we still haven’t received the refund. I have now spoken to the groom room who have said even though I paid my deposit online I will have to come back into store for the refund because they’ve made an error on the system. Apparently there was a note on our file to say they were unable to refund yet nobody had decided to try and contact us to let us know that. Since then we have taken her to streetly groomers and they did an amazing job of her first proper groom and it cost £47. They also said my puppy did a great job and it was a pleasure to groom her.

Fur was also left patchy in places, looks like it was done by someone with little to no experience. Certainly not worth the eye watering £90 they charged us!
- MHMal HSep 16, 20235.0My dog Jeff was groomed today. He was very matted and needed a lot of attention. They knew exactly what to do and groomed him to a very high standard. He was ready for collection on time and they talked me through exactly what they did and gave me tips on how to take better care of his coat. I highly recommend the groom room at the Sutton Coldfield branch.
